The entire property can sleep up to 9 guests or individually (4 - 5 guests in main house; 2 guests in self-contained studio, 2 guests in retreat). Exclusive use of all facilities is guaranteed if you rent the property in its entirety. A single rollaway bed may be added to one of the rooms to accommodate an extra guest.
